Simultaneous translation
There will be simultaneous translation from english into german on the first day. This is a tutorial day with reviews and practical information for physicians.
Registration Fee for the whole conference
The registration fee is 450 Euros. Students pay a reduced fee of 150 Euros. The registration fees include a copy of the abstract book, daily rates (lunch for both days, coffee during the breaks) and an evening dinner on Saturday.
Please note that this registration fee is only valid until 30 August 2019. Later registration is associated with an increased fee of 550 Euros (students: 180 Euros).
Participants from developing countries may pay a reduced registration fee. The reduction will depend on the sponsoring we will get within the coming weeks. More information coming soon.
Registration Fee for the first day only
The registration fee is 180 Euros for the first day only. Students pay a reduced fee of 90 Euros. The registration fees include a copy of the abstract book and daily rates. Please note that this registration fee is only valid until 30 August 2019. Later registration is associated with an increased fee of 230 Euros (students: 110 Euros).
Free Accommodation for Invited Speakers
Invited speakers receive free accommodation at our conference.
Other participants are kindly asked to make their bookings at the hotels, which will be suggested later on this website.
Evening Dinner on Saturday
A conference dinner on Saturday is included in the registration fee.
IACM Awards
During the meeting the IACM will honour four people for their major contributions to cannabinoid research and/or to the re-introduction of cannabis into modern medicine with the IACM Award. They will be presented with their award during the evening dinner on Saturday.
IACM General Meeting
The IACM will hold its general meeting on Saturday afternoon. IACM-members will get an invitation in July/August 2019.
Posters
The size of the posters should be DIN A 0, portrait format (84.1 cm wide and 118.9 cm high).
